- Pay Rate: $44 - $48/hr + penalties (rate dependent on ticket)
- Project Duration: 9-month project
- Start Date: Commencing August 2026

Roles Available

We are taking expressions of interest and immediate applications for the following machinery operators:

- Grader Operators
- Excavator Operators
- Roller Operators
- Watercart Operators

What We’re Looking For

- Proven and recent experience operating your specific machinery in a civil, construction, or mining setting.
- Relevant machinery tickets and/or RII competencies.
- A current White Card (Construction Induction).
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliability, punctuality,



and the ability to work effectively within a site team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate plant machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily project targets.
- Perform thorough daily pre-start checks and report any maintenance defects.
- Execute heavy civil works accurately according to site plans and supervisor directions.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area while strictly following site safety and environmental procedures.
- Communicate clearly via two-way radio with ground crews and other operators.
