Montessori East is seeking an experienced Preschool Coordinator / Educational Leader to lead the Cycle 1 (3–6 years) program. This full time role combines teaching three days with two days dedicated to leadership, administration and coordination.
You will work closely with the Principal and Cycle 1 team to deliver a high-quality preschool program founded on Montessori philosophy and aligned with EYLF, while partnering with families to promote Montessori education.
