Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative -Central Coast

Full-time - Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm, every 2nd Saturday 7.30am - 12.00pm

We are now looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!

Your new role:

Our Service Advisors are the face and voice of Express Lube. We value team players who like to share duties and get the work done.
Your core responsibilities include:

Customer Service Delighting our customers on the shop floor and responding to enquiries over the phone

Liaising with our suppliers and providing guidance

Working with the broader team to make sure our customers are happy

Day to day operations, including opening and closing the store, taking payments and inventory management
