What we are looking for :

We are seeking a Sales Support team member to join our Paddington team on a full time basis. Reporting to the National Commercial Projects Manager, this role provides comprehensive support to our NSW and ACT BDM’s and Sales Consultants. We’re looking for someone that is highly organised, has exceptional attention to detail and wants to join a supportive and dedicated team. A robust background managing end-to-end sales processes, with experience supporting tenders and complex, large-scale projects would be advantageous.

What the role entails :

- Provide day-to-day support to NSW&ACT; BDMsandSales Consultants toassistwith project delivery and client requirements
- Manage the end-to-end quoting and sales order process, ensuring quotes and sales collateral areaccurateand reflect the correct pricing,specificationsand lead times
- Review client emails,briefsand technical documentation to capture key information for quoting and order processing, ensuring sales orders areaccurate,completeand ready for production, with deposit payments followed up to keep orders progressing efficiently
- Develop floorplans,



designproposalsand project presentation materials to support BDMs and Sales Consultants in preparing for client pitches and presentations
- Assist the Sales team with client presentations by providing design, technical and project support, including attending client meetings and presentations asrequired
- Provide on-site support whererequired,assistingwith project coordination and delivery planning
- Mark up floorplans to support delivery planning, sitecoordinationand project execution
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Project Coordinator to support tender submissions, projectestimationsand proposal documentation for complex and large-scale projects, ensuring all requirements are accuratelycapturedand submissions are complete and delivered within requiredtimeframes.
- Communicate with clients asrequiredto provide project updates, respond toenquiriesand support the Sales team throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintainaccurateand up-to-date client and project records inJardan’s CRM
- Liaise with HQ teams to ensure effective information flow, coordination andtimelysupport throughout the sales and project lifecycle, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
