Sales Executive – CFD / Forex Trading (Bilingual in Mandarin)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Bilingual Account Manager to join our growing Sales team and build a long-term career within the global financial markets industry.

This is a client-facing and commercially focused role where you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and supporting clients throughout their trading journey with ACY.

Working within a fast-paced and performance-driven environment, you will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their trading needs and provide relevant information and support across ACY's range of products, platforms and services.

The role offers exposure to global financial markets, trading technologies and a diverse international client base, with structured training and ongoing development provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities through proactive client engagement, prospecting, referrals, networking and other business development activities.
- Build, manage and grow strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, developing a clear understanding of their trading needs and objectives.




- Manage client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial engagement and onboarding through to ongoing account management and retention.
- Educate clients on ACY's trading products, platforms, tools and services, providing a professional and high-quality client experience.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients to strengthen engagement, identify opportunities and support long-term relationship growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and work towards individual and team-based performance targets.
- Identify high-quality leads, referral opportunities and potential strategic relationships that may contribute to business growth.
- Generate new opportunities through client referrals, networking, webinars, seminars, industry events and other relevant channels.
- Maintain accurate and timely client and sales activity records within the Company's CRM systems.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Dealing, Marketing, Client Services and Compliance, to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Stay informed on financial markets, industry developments and ACY's evolving product and service offering.

About You

We are interested in people who are commercially minded, confident in communicating with clients and genuinely interested in financial markets.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English. Fluency in an additional language is highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A proactive and commercially driven mindset, with the confidence to initiate conversations, develop opportunities and work towards performance targets.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, banking,



financial services, wealth management, FinTech, CFD/FX or another client-facing commercial environment will be highly regarded.
- A genuine interest in financial markets, trading products and global market developments.
- The ability to learn complex products and explain information clearly and confidently to clients.
- Strong organisational skills, personal accountability and the ability to manage multiple client relationships and opportunities simultaneously.
- A resilient, self-motivated and results-oriented approach, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
- Previous CFD/FX industry experience and an existing network within the trading or financial services industry will be highly regarded, but are not essential. For candidates entering the industry, structured product training and ongoing support will be provided.
