Encore Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our growing team in Brisbane, QLD. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in completing electrical installations and maintenance projects for our diverse client base.

What we're looking for

- Qualified electrician with a minimum of 1-2 years' post-apprenticeship experience .
- Thorough understanding of electrical theory, installations, maintenance and testing procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and a track record of creating a safe working environment
- Current Queensland electrical license and construction industry white card

What you'll be doing

- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with safety regulations
- Undertake Electrical installations across a range of commercial projects




- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to plan and execute work efficiently
- Provide on-site training and mentoring to junior electricians to develop their skills
- Liaise with clients, project managers and other contractors to coordinate work schedules and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and safety procedures.
