Pakridge Pty Ltd Retail Manager 142111 Company: Pakridge Pty Ltd Location: Lismore NSW 2480 Salary: $80,000-$85000 per annum, Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service station and supermarket outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining optimal stock levels, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall profitability of the store.

Benefits Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience ($80,000+ super) A stable, full-time role with long-term career development opportunities A supportive and inclusive work culture Staff discounts on supermarket items and fuel The opportunity to lead a trusted local business with strong community ties Task & responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the service station and retail outlet Formulate and implement purchasing, marketing, and pricing policies to optimize sales for fuel and retail goods Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering processes, and implement strict stock control to minimize shrinkage, including fresh food stock for the on-site kitchen Analyse sales data, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to improve business efficiency and profitability Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, including tobacco laws, food safety, and the handling of dangerous goods (fuel/LPG) Conduct staff recruitment, training, performance reviews,



and manage rosters to ensure 24/7 operational readiness Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising to promote convenience products Supervise, train, and schedule employees to maintain a productive and efficient workforce Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly Collaborate with senior management on business planning, budgeting, and performance reporting Qualification & experience Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, or higher qualification required Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a retail management role Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent organisational and communication skills Sound understanding of retail sales, inventory control, and customer service best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure About Company Pakridge Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated business providing fuel, groceries, and essential household items to the community.
