Bluefin Resources is partnering with a major Australian university to hire a Technical Lead - Data Engineering (HR Data Platform). You will lead design and delivery of a Snowflake-on-AWS data pipeline powering HR analytics and BI across the organisation.
You’ll mentor engineers, set governance, and translate HR needs into technical roadmaps, with Phase 1 delivering core capabilities and Phase 2+ expanding the platform. Hybrid in office in Sydney with a governance-first culture.
