What You’ll Do

As the friendly face (and voice) of Apple Tree Catering, you’ll help our events bloom by:

- Answering client calls and emails with warmth and efficiency.

- Coordinating bookings, preparing quotes, and managing event calendars.

- Handling invoices, payments, and supplier communication.





- Supporting our catering crew so they can focus on creating mouth-watering magic for every occasion.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience is a must - we're looking for natural organiser who loves ticking things off a list.

- Confident with Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning new software.

- An excellent communicator who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment.

- Someone with a “can-do” attitude, a sense of humour, and a genuine passion for excellent food and great people.
