About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll provide one-on-one support to NDIS participants, promoting independence, building capacity, and supporting daily living. Your role may include:

- Personal care (showering, dressing, medication support)

- Community access (appointments, shopping, social and recreational activities)

- Supporting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes

- Household tasks (cleaning, meal preparation, domestic assistance)

- Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive engagement

- Implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies (where applicable)

About You

You're compassionate, reliable, and professional,



with a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities. Ideally, you will have:

- A genuine commitment to person-centred support

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

- Cert III or higher in Disability, Community or Individual Support (preferred, not essential)

- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a skilled approach

- Mental Health experience (highly regarded)

- High-Intensity support experience (highly regarded)
