Provide administrative support to the Production team to ensure the efficient operation of manufacturing activities, including reporting daily production activity where applicable.

Create, maintain and manage paper-based and digital production tracking system, ensuring each part is accurately documented and traceable throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Accurately record and maintain production data from paper-based tracking systems, ensuring full traceability of products throughout the manufacturing process.

Support in scheduling and coordinating servicing, maintenance, and repairs for production equipment and machinery, including arranging consumables and spares.

Perform general administrative duties including filing, document control, data entry, and correspondence.

Demonstrate a hands-on approach by assisting with production activities as required to support operational needs and meet production deadlines, including packing, sanding and more.

Key Tasks

- Print and manager all paper-based tracking documents through the production process.





- Data Entry - Accurately record and maintain production data from paper-based tracking systems.

- Provide administrative support to the Production Team.
