Allara Support Services in Penrith is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our disability accommodation site. You will provide high intensity support, assist with personal care, daily living activities and medication administration, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to help participants live independently.

This casual role offers 24/7 onsite support in 10 luxury units with assistive tech, a carer’s unit on site, and robust opportunities for growth in a values-led organisation.
