Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a Estimator based in North Sydney, NSW. The Estimator will assist in preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate project bids. Additional responsibilities include preparing tender documentation, managing post-tender evaluations; evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotes, and supporting the Bid-team in delivering cost-effective solutions.





Qualifications

- Strong skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in tender preparation, documentation, and contract negotiation
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including estimation software and Microsoft Office suite and Clawbot ai.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is highly desirable
- Experience in the commercial, industrial, residential or government construction sectors in Australia is an major advantage
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and tendering processes
