About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Hand to join our production team on a full-time basis. Working as part of a team, you will undertake a variety of hands-on tasks involved in the production and manufacture of our cast bronze products, ensuring customer orders are completed to the required quality and specifications. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing a quality product.

Key responsibilities

- Moulding – preparing moulds and materials for production

- Pouring – assisting with the casting and pouring process

- Finishing – cleaning, grinding, finishing and preparing products

- General factory and production duties

- Following production instructions and customer specifications

- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

- Working collaboratively with team members to meet production requirements

- Following all Phoenix Foundry policies, procedures and Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements

About you

- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance





- A willingness to learn new skills and processes

- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team

- A flexible and positive approach to different tasks

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Previous foundry, manufacturing, metal trade or factory experience (desirable but not essential)
