Customer Experience and Sales Coordinator

Almara Cabinets is a growing Melbourne-based cabinetry business specialising in custom wardrobes and storage solutions.

We’re looking for a warm, organised and switched‑on person to become one of the most important people in our customer journey.

For many customers, you’ll be their first interaction with Almara — answering enquiries, helping them understand what we do, booking appointments and making the whole process feel easy and professional from the outset.

This is not a traditional receptionist or sales administration role, it’s a customer experience and sales support position where your role genuinely helps us grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll sit at the centre of our sales process and help make sure customers have a great experience from their first enquiry through to the point their project moves into production.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming customer enquiries by phone and email

- Speaking with prospective customers about their cabinetry needs and explaining how the Almara process works

- Booking appointments for our sales and design team

- Helping make sure our appointment calendar is being used effectively

- Supporting our sales team and keeping our CRM accurate and up to date

- Reviewing sold jobs to make sure the required information is complete before they move into production

- Helping create a smooth handover between sales and our operations team

- Assisting with sales and customer reporting

There will naturally be some administration involved, but this role is primarily about customers, communication and keeping the sales process moving.

- Are comfortable learning systems and working with CRM software
