As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, passionate, and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations.

This newly created leadership role presents an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on hospitality professional who is passionate about developing people, driving service excellence, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will take ownership of the day‑to‑day and strategic operation of the Food & Beverage Department.

Working closely with the Head Chef, Café Supervisor, and leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our food and beverage operations, driving financial performance, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all areas of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team.

Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations.

Drive revenue growth through innovative initiatives, promotions, and service excellence.

Manage departmental budgets, labour costs, stock control, and financial performance.

Ensure effective rostering and staffing levels aligned with business needs.

Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive team culture.

Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and Café Supervisor to achieve operational objectives.

Manage guest feedback and service recovery professionally and effectively.





Maintain high standards of presentation, service quality, and operational consistency.

Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, WHS, and company standards.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, or senior hospitality leader. Minimum of 2 Years experience in 4 star or higher preferred

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Demonstrated experience managing food and beverage operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labour management, and cost control.

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.

A hands‑on leadership style and a genuine passion for hospitality.

The ability to build, coach, and develop high‑performing teams.

Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.

Current NSW RSA Certificate.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
