Mercy Health Heidelberg is seeking a Lactation Consultant to join a agile team in a hospital setting. This autonomous role will rotate through the Postnatal Ward, Nursery and Outpatients Clinic, providing expert breastfeeding support and education to mothers, babies and families.

You will lead change, implement evidence-based practice, mentor colleagues, and contribute to policy development and BFHI standards, with nursing/midwifery registration and IBCLC certification required and at least
