Job Description

Odyssey House Residential Programs is a Therapeutic Community supporting people recovering from drug and alcohol issues.Join our dedicated team.

The successful applicant to this role will be a mature minded, team-oriented individual who can juggle a few tasks simultaneously and who will work to ensure the smooth running of Odyssey House NSW Ingleburn or Eagle Vale locations.

Reporting to the Operations and Residential Support Coordinator, this position is part of a 7-day rotating roster made up of day, afternoon,



night, and weekend shifts.

The Residential Support Worker works within the Odyssey House NSW Model of Care focusing on the smooth running of the resi463dential program. Duties and include providing psychosocial support, supervision of the self-administration of medication, supporting the residential timetable and ensuring appointments are attended, all while working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high quality support and treatment for the residents.
