In this role, you'll:
- Provide essential coordination and operational support to assist in the delivery of project change initiatives across Finance, Technology and Commercial programs.
- Coordinate workshops, briefings and stakeholder engagement activities, helping teams stay connected, informed and aligned throughout project delivery.
- Support change management professionals with activities such as stakeholder impact assessments, gap analysis, change readiness activities and post-implementation reviews.
- Prepare and coordinate project messages, reports, briefings, presentations and project documentation for a broad range of stakeholders.
- Maintain change reporting tools, dashboards, implementation plans and project documentation, ensuring information is accurate, current and supports the effective delivery of change initiatives and project outcomes.
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability while managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced project environment.
You are a proactive and organised professional who enjoys supporting teams, building relationships and bringing structure to a busy project environment. You will bring solid coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, together with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate records and reporting. You are comfortable working collaboratively across teams and take pride in delivering high quality work to support successful project delivery.
