The Opportunity:

Are you a proactive and reliable electrician with a passion for ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems? We're seeking a skilled Service Electrician to join our team, supporting major retail, commercial and industrial clients. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems through preventative maintenance and reactive works. As our next Service Electrician - Day Shift, your tasks and responsibilities may include:

- Conduct quarterly, annual and 5-yearly testing of equipment and appliances.




- Perform RCD Checks and replacements.
- Emergency lighting checks and replacements.
- Carry out UPS checks, upgrades, and replacements.
- Perform generator checks and servicing.
- Conduct thermographic testing of distribution boards.
- Inspect electrical equipment and environments.
- Identify, report and assist in electrical faults and issues.
- Provide time and material estimates for repair work.
- Undertake inspection, testing, and verification activities.

The successful applicant will have:

- VIC Electrical Licence
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and other team members
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures, techniques and best practices.
