As a Senior Sourcing Advisor, you'll play a critical role in that journey. Working across a large-scale industrial operation, you'll lead strategic procurement initiatives, strengthen key supplier partnerships, and help ensure our operations continue to perform safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

In this role, you’ll combine strategy and operational delivery, helping shape sourcing decisions that support both our immediate needs and long-term ambitions.

Strategic impact

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to business priorities and future growth
- Analyse market trends and identify opportunities to create commercial advantage
- Build strong, long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers
- Lead contract development, tender processes, and commercial negotiations

Operational delivery

- Ensure timely supply of materials and services across site operations
- Manage commercial relationships across a diverse supplier portfolio
- Deliver cost efficiencies and value creation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional sourcing projects with internal stakeholders
- Drive supplier performance and continuous improvement outcomes

Leadership & collaboration

- Mentor team members and contribute to a high-performing procurement function
- Partner closely with operations, technical teams, and external suppliers
- Influence decisions through commercial insight, data and strategic thinking

About you

- Extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, logistics, or materials management




- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise
- Proven ability to lead complex sourcing projects and cross-functional teams
- Experience managing large spend categories and supplier relationships
- Analytical capability to translate data into actionable decisions
- Confidence working in dynamic, safety-critical industrial environments

Bonus if you have:

- Qualifications in procurement, engineering, business, or logistics
- Experience in mining, metals, manufacturing, or heavy industry
- Exposure to contractor management and large-scale site operations
