Management Consultant - Technology Advisory As we continue to grow our technology advisory capability, Voak is seeking high-performing consultants and leaders across a range of experience levels, including Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager.

We are looking for motivated, collaborative professionals who thrive in ambiguity, enjoy solving complex problems, and are driven to deliver tangible outcomes for our clients and Australia. Through strategic design and planning, robust enterprise and solution architectures, management and adoption, you will work with a team of like-minded individuals to contribute to shaping and delivering practical, sustainable value.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following capabilities and attributes:

- Experience providing advisory services to Federal Government and Defence
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to remain flexible and effective when managing ambiguity, adapting to evolving priorities and stakeholder needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to produce high-quality artefacts that stand up to scrutiny
- Ability to translate business needs into a clear technology direction, whether that takes the form of a target state design, an options analysis, a business case, or a roadmap
- A commitment to delivery excellence, and a collaborative approach that lifts the people around you

All roles require an NV1 Security Clearance at a minimum and are strictly Canberra based.
