Winc Australia is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Fitter to ensure safe, efficient operation of our semi-automated distribution facility in Erskine Park. You will maintain and troubleshoot packaging machinery, MHE, conveyors and AMR pods during a PM shift from 2 pm to 10 pm, reporting to the site Maintenance Manager.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance and lead the team when required, contributing to plant improvements and ensuring minimal downtime in a fast-paced workplace.
