Early Intervention Specialist – Flexible Hours

Bridge to Understanding is looking for a passionate and caring Early Intervention Specialists to join our growing team.

This role would suit a teacher or education professional who enjoys working one-on-one with children and families and wants greater flexibility in their working week.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Psychology
- A genuine interest in early intervention and supporting children to develop new skills
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
