We are seeking a Beauty Therapist to join LMG MEDICAL PTY LTD in Cardiff, NSW. This is a casual position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic beauty and wellness environment. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty treatments and services to our valued clients, whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer care. This role is integral to ensuring our clients receive exceptional experiences and leave feeling revitalised and satisfied with our services.

What you'll be doing

Providing a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, massage therapy, and other specialised services

Consulting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and skin or body concerns

Recommending appropriate treatments and products tailored to individual client requirements

Maintaining accurate client records and treatment histories to ensure continuity of care

Ensuring all treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitised, and properly maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations

Adhering to strict hygiene and sterilisation protocols at all times

Creating a welcoming, professional, and relaxing atmosphere for clients

Processing client payments and managing appointment bookings efficiently

Staying informed about current beauty trends, techniques, and product developments within the industry

Providing aftercare advice and product recommendations to enhance treatment results

What we’re looking for

Current Beauty Therapy qualifications or equivalent recognised certification

Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products,



and industry best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for client care

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to manage a casual work schedule

Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism

Sound understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to beauty services

Experience in a similar beauty or wellness setting would be highly advantageous

Current First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
