Our Vacation Program

As a Vacation Student in the Audit team, you will get a head start on your career by obtaining a valuable practical experience during your university break.

In our Audit division, we specialise in:

- Financial statement audits: Uncover hidden insights and ensure accuracy;
- Regulatory and compliance audits: Ensure organisations operate within legal boundaries;
- Acquittal statement and special purpose audits: Promote transparency and accountability;
- Financial reporting: Empower stakeholders with clear and concise information;
- Regulatory, technical & IFRS advice: Guide clients through evolving financial standards.

When does it start?

Depending on the division you apply for, the vacation program will start in late 2026 or early 2027.

Who you are:

The Audit team at RSM are interested in motivated and enthusiastic Vacation Students who possess the following skillsets and experiences:





- Penultimate year students completing a bachelor’s degree in Business / Commercewith an accounting (preferred) or finance major;
- Have solid attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills;
- Work effectively in a team;
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
