They are looking for reliable and hardworking Civil Labourers to join their growing crews, with genuine opportunities to upskill, gain machine tickets and progress into operator and leadership roles.

Your Day-to-Day Duties

As a Civil Labourer, you will work alongside experienced operators and civil crews across a range of projects.

Your duties may include:

- General civil labouring and site preparation
- Site set-up, fencing, signage and clean-up
- Assisting with pit and pipe installation
- Trenching,



backfilling and general drainage works
- Supporting machine operators and trades on site
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Assisting with traffic and pedestrian management
- Maintaining a clean and organised worksite
- Following site safety procedures and contributing to a secure working environment

What You'll Need

- Previous civil construction experience highly regarded
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

This is a TEMP TO PERM opportunity, with performance reviews at 3 and 6 months. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into permanent employment and progress within the business.
