About the Opportunity

The Operations Manager leads and coordinates complex operational functions across Business Services & Systems (BSS), Registry, and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, secure, and continuously improving service delivery across the Tribunal.

The role exercises substantial autonomy and professional judgement to translate strategic direction into operational outcomes, manage risk and security controls, optimise resourcing through data-informed decision-making, and drive cross-functional collaboration that improves whole-of-tribunal performance.

About the Business

The South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT) makes independent decisions and resolves a broad range of matters that impact the lives of South Australians. SACAT provides accessible, fair and efficient dispute resolution and administrative review services across a diverse range of jurisdictions. Business Systems & Services (BSS) is a dynamic, multidisciplinary team that enables the Tribunal to operate efficiently, securely and effectively. Bringing together business operations, systems and technology, people services, projects, facilities, governance and continuous improvement, BSS works across the organisation to deliver practical solutions that support service delivery and organisational performance.

Special Conditions for Employment





Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested. Forms are not to be lodged directly with SA Police (SAPOL) under any circumstances and any fees incurred by applicants in doing so will not be recoverable from the AGD.
