As a WHS Consultant, you'll work directly with a portfolio of clients, providing practical advice and support across all aspects of workplace health and safety. You'll enjoy a wide-ranging role where no two days are the same. You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting WHS audits and gap analyses
- Developing and reviewing WHS management systems, policies and procedures
- Completing workplace inspections and risk assessments
- Delivering WHS training, workshops and toolbox talks
- Assisting clients with legislative compliance and Codes of Practice
- Incident investigations and corrective action management
- Coaching and supporting business leaders on WHS obligations
- Preparing professional reports and recommendations
- Supporting clients with ongoing continuous improvement initiatives

About you

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher)
- Minimum 24 months' experience in a WHS-related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills




- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Return to Work Coordinator experience or training (highly regarded)
- Workers' compensation or injury management experience (highly regarded)
- Experience conducting WHS audits (highly regarded)
