Bulbel Property Management is looking for a reliable, professional and experienced Inspections Associate to join our team on a flexible basis.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out and about, has a strong eye for detail and understands the importance of delivering high-quality inspection reports for landlords and tenants.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Routine property inspections.
- Ingoing condition reports.
- Outgoing condition reports.
- Bond inspections.
- Detailed photographic reporting.
- Identifying maintenance and compliance issues.
- Communicating professionally with tenants, owners and trades.
- Completing inspections using Inspection Express.
- Providing timely and accurate reports to the property management team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Current/valid Police Check
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between properties.
- iPhone or iPad with iOS compatible with our inspection software.
- Previous experience using Inspection Express and other inspection apps.
- Basic property management knowledge — essential.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage inspection schedules
