- Previous Chef de Partie experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong grill experience – essential
- A passion for quality produce and consistently high standards
- The ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high‑pressure environment
- Solid time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to the wider kitchen team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to follow direction and support team goals
- A genuine desire to develop your skills and progress your career
- Availability to work nights, weekends and busy service periods
