Pay: $41.74 - $43 p/h (Depending on experience) + $2.68 Educational Leader Allowance + Super

You may already be an Educational Leader, or you may be an experienced Senior Educator ready for the next step in your career.

You'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Rowville – Liberty Avenue and the role:

Experienced Diploma-qualified Lead/Senior Educator who are ready for their first Educational Leader position.

- Have strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Full time, 12-month Fixed-Term position.
- Are passionate about improving teaching practice
- Build your Educational Leader capability in a 60-place centre while influencing practice across four age-based learning environments - Nursery, toddler, and two funded kindergarten rooms.

You’ll need:

- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current VIC Working with Children Check
