Across our Private Hospital Rehabilitation wards, we care for a wide range of patients with varying acuity and diverse clinical needs.

You’ll learn from highly skilled clinicians, educators, and leaders who are passionate about helping you grow. You’ll work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists, social workers, speech pathologists and dietitians. With the support of experienced clinicians, educators and leaders, our PPP provides structured education, hands‑on experience and opportunities to build your clinical skills and confidence.

Begin with afully paid, full-time 3-weekintensive training programfrom 19 October, combining classroom learningwith hands‑onclinical experience. Then, seamlessly transitioninto a workpattern and hoursthat align withyour career goals.

Week 1:Foundational training, simulations, clinical refreshers, and acute care essentials.

Weeks 2-3:Ward-based clinical training, hands‑on practice, and supported shifts alongside your nursing team.

What You'll Need

- At least 2years post graduate nursing experience.
- CurrentAHPRA registration
- Availability to join a 24/7 rotating roster
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care
- A commitment to show up, learn, ask questions, and grow
- Working With Children Check (upon successful application)
- Able to provide or complete a National Criminal History Check (upon successful application)
