Founded in Seoul in 2017, Knotted is an internationally recognised dessert brand with over 40 stores across Korea, two in the US, and a growing presence in Australia.

Following the launch of our Burwood store in 2025, we're excited to open our next location near Hyde Park in October 2026. We're known for our signature cream-filled donuts, specialty coffee, handcrafted pastries, and warm, friendly hospitality.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Cafe All-Rounders to join our Hyde Park opening team.

You’ll work across different areas of the café, helping serve customers, prepare drinks, maintain our displays, and keep the store running smoothly. This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Serve donuts, pastries, coffee, and other menu items.
- Assist with basic beverage preparation as required.
- Maintain attractive and well-stocked product displays.
- Restock products, packaging, and service supplies throughout the day.
- Maintain clean and organised front-of-house, dining, and service areas.




- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with baristas, pastry, and management teams to ensure smooth service.

About You

- Previous café, retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Friendly and confident when communicating with customers.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Passion for hospitality and creating a great guest experience.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
