About the role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our growing team at our West Gosford, NSW clinic on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment where you can develop your clinical expertise whilst making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to a diverse range of patients, from those recovering from acute injuries to individuals managing chronic conditions. This role is essential to our clinic's mission of providing comprehensive rehabilitation and recovery support to our community.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals

- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional rehabilitation

- Monitor patient progress throughout treatment, adjusting interventions as needed to optimise outcomes

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with professional standards

- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and progress

- Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and home exercise programmes

- Contribute to a positive clinic culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting team initiatives





- Stay current with best practice through continuing professional development and evidence-based practice updates

- Manage caseload efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of patient care

What we're looking for

- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution

- Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA)

- Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance (or willingness to obtain)

- Professional indemnity insurance

- Proven experience in delivering physiotherapy care across a range of patient presentations

- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills with the ability to develop effective, patient-centred treatment plans

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations

- Commitment to evidence-based practice and career development

- Organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively

- Team player mentality with a willingness to contribute to clinic operations and culture

- Preferred experience in musculoskeletal, sports, or neurological physiotherapy

- Preferred experience with diagnostic imaging interpretation
