Wesfarmers Health is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to lead the PM shift (2 PM – 10 PM) at Brisbane Fulfilment Centre in Berrinba. You will supervise Team Managers and labour staff to keep distribution operations secure, efficient and on target.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll drive safety, KPIs and continuous improvement while building a high-performing team and partnering with cross-functional and external stakeholders. This role offers growth opportunities within Wesfarmers Health.
