This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated practitioner to take on quality strata matters within a dynamic and cooperative team.
Your role entails:
- Advice, drafting, and representation regarding general strata title matters.
- Property development and scheme documentation, including by-law consolidations.
- Working alongside experienced colleagues.
- Providing expert advice to our SME and HNW client base.
