Light Vehicle/Light Truck Technician – Kalgoorlie (Residential or FIFO)

Team KMS specialises in light vehicle, truck, earthmoving equipment & auxiliary equipment maintenance and rebuilds. We’re seeking a trade-qualified Light Vehicle/Light truck Technician to join our Workshop Team in Kalgoorlie. The role is primarily workshop based, with field service as required. A new field service Vehicle supplied for call outs and field service duties.
We offer flexible work options – residential or FIFO on either a 2/2 roster or 5/2 Monday to Friday.
(Day shift only).

Skills & Experience:
· Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate.
- A high level of knowledge and experience as a Mechanical Technician on light vehicle, truck and auxiliary equipment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability for preventative and breakdown maintenance.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Valuable communication skills and adaptability to changing procedures.
- Safety conscious and positive attitude is essential.
- A strong focus on quality workmanship and a can-do approach.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Automotive Technician (Light or Heavy vehicle) (Australian recognised).
- Minimum C Class unencumbered driver’s licence. HR preferred but not essential.
- A/con ticket, preferred but not essential
