Primary Responsibilities

- Maintain transport-related certifications, permits, accreditations, and vehicle records (e.g., NHVAS,
- Fatigue, Mass, Maintenance modules).
- Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with relevant transport, road safety, and fatigue management legislation.
- Monitor driver licensing, work diaries, and fatigue management systems.
- Report non-conformances and breaches to management, and liaise with regulators when required.
- Lead development and implementation of transport-related WHS policies and procedures.
- Promote a solid safety culture through communication, coaching, and leadership.

Skills & Experience required





- Cert IV or higher in Transport & Logistics or Work Health & Safety (mandatory).
- CoR Awareness and Fatigue Management certification (mandatory)
- Internal auditing or Lead Auditor qualifications (advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of fatigue laws, mass and dimension regulations, and load restraint standards.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator able to lead toolbox talks, investigations, and staff training.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and fleet/compliance management software (e.g., NHVAS portals,MTData etc).
