Employment Office is seeking a Practice Lead to oversee therapeutic care across Out of Home Care services in Newcastle, Tamworth, or Sydney. You will coach leaders and frontline teams to embed evidence-based practice, strengthen capability, and improve outcomes for children and young people.

You will guide practice using data and reflective tools, ensure compliance with relevant legislation, and lead continuous improvement efforts across multiple sites.
