About the role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping and finance administration of Triton Biosensors.

Key responsibilities

- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Debtor management and customer account follow-up
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Supplier invoice processing and payment preparation
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Production of month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Maintaining data in Business Central (our ERP system)
- Supporting BAS,



GST and other compliance requirements

About you

- Experienced in bookkeeping or finance administration
- Confident managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and reconciliations
- Experienced using Business Central
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working with payroll information and confidential financial records
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to communicate confidently with operational and finance teams
- A proactive team player who enjoys improving systems and processes
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics or another operational business will be highly regarded but isn't essential

This role is part-time (0.6FTE) Monday to Friday 4-5 hours in office each work day.
