Our client is a well-known, leading national plaintiff personal injury firm with expertise across all areas of personal injury. It currently has an opportunity for a TPD Lawyer to join its Sydney CBD office.
The Role
Our client is currently seeking a Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) Lawyer with 2 years' PAE to join its busy and growing TPD practice. You will be responsible for your own file load, and will have the support of admin staff in this position. This is a rapid-paced practice and will suit an ambitious lawyer seeking more responsibility and autonomy.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 2 years' PAE specifically in TPD,
gained from a leading plaintiff personal injury law firm;
- Extensive experience commencing and running TPD matters from start right through to completion, including litigated matters;
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team;
- A great attitude.
The successful candidate will be a driven and ambitious lawyer who is keen to have autonomy and run their own files.
