We're working with a well-regarded law firm on the Gold Coast that is looking to add an experienced Family Lawyer to its team.

This opportunity is open to lawyers with 3-15 years' PQE, so whether you're an experienced Associate looking for greater responsibility or a Senior Lawyer ready for your next step, we'd be interested in hearing from you.

The Opportunity

You'll work across a broad range of family law matters while managing your own files and developing strong client relationships.

Your work may include:

- Parenting and children's matters
- Property and financial settlements
- Divorce and separation matters
- Binding financial agreements
- Complex family law disputes
- Negotiation, mediation and court proceedings
- Providing strategic and commercially minded advice to clients

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners while taking genuine ownership of your matters and continuing to develop your technical and client-management skills.

About You:





We're looking for a qualified Australian lawyer with:

- 3-15 years' post-admission experience
- Strong experience in Family Law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence managing matters with appropriate autonomy
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
- A practical and solutions-focused approach

You'll be someone who enjoys Family Law, takes pride in delivering quality advice and wants to continue building a long-term career in the area.
