Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a Breakfast Cook for Atelier by Sofitel. You will be hands-on in all aspects of breakfast service, from preparation and cooking to plating, ensuring each dish reflects the elegance of 5-star hospitality.
Work in a high-end, qualified kitchen, maintain impeccable hygiene and presentation, and follow WHS and HACCP standards. A rotating roster, weekends and public holidays, and Australian working rights are required.
