OCVM Group are seeking the next experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the General Manager, work amongst a dynamic team of Owners Corporation Managers who share their diverse knowledge, skills and experience in the management of Owners Corporations.

In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Owners Corporations that vary in size and complexity. As an Owners Corporation Manager, you will have full accountability of your portfolio and will be supported in your service delivery by our people and systems. We have an exceptional back-end Client Support and Administration Team, Accounting Team and Special Projects Team to support our OC Managers as well as a Task Management System to increase your confidence and ability to juggle various tasks to meet our client's needs and expectations as well a your own key performance measurables.

We are looking for someone who has previous Owners Corporation management experience that can step into a well run, fast paced portfolio.

We are currently looking for an individual to manage an OCV Management portfolio comprising of properties anywhere from the Mornington Peninsula to Bayside corridor across to the South Eastern and Northern suburbs.
