Vital Motion is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider based in Bankstown, delivering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services across Sydney.

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team. This position would suit an experienced clinician as well as a new graduate looking for a supportive environment to develop their skills.

Speech Pathologist – Vital Motion

Full-Time or Part-Time | Bankstown & Sydney | NDIS

Vital Motion is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider based in Bankstown, delivering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services across Sydney.

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team. This position would suit an experienced clinician as well as a new graduate looking for a supportive environment to develop their skills.

About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide assessment and intervention to children and adults across a range of NDIS presentations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting speech, language, communication and functional assessments

- Developing and implementing individualised therapy programs

- Providing evidence-based intervention

- Working collaboratively with families, carers and support teams

- Preparing professional clinical and NDIS reports

- Completing progress notes and clinical documentation

- Participating in case conferences and multidisciplinary team discussions

- Working collaboratively with other allied health professionals

- Supporting clients to achieve meaningful functional and participation goals

You will have the opportunity to develop your own clinical interests while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Qualified in Speech Pathology

- Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership/CPSP status

- Passionate about providing quality, client-centred care

- A strong communicator

- Organised and reliable

- Comfortable working independently and within a multidisciplinary team

- Interested in developing their clinical skills and knowledge

- Committed to working within an NDIS environment

Clinical experience is preferred but not essential. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

- Speech Pathology degree

- SPA registration/CPSP status

- Current Working with Children Check

- Current Police Check

- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

- Current driver's licence

- Access to a vehicle for community visits

- Australian citizen or permanent resident
