Role Description The Account Executive role is a part-time, remote position responsible for managing and growing client relationships for SIFS India Forensic Lab. This role involves engaging with existing and prospective clients, understanding their forensic service needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

The Account

Executive will prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations, maintain detailed records in CRM or tracking systems, and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into business. Day-to-day tasks also include responding to client inquiries, supporting contract negotiations, and collaborating with operations and technical teams to align services with client expectations. The role requires consistent communication, performance tracking against sales targets, and contribution to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Client relationship management and customer service skills, including the ability to build trust, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Sales and business development skills, such as lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation,



and closing deals in B2B or professional services environments.
- Communication and presentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication, proposal writing, and delivering concise, persuasive presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and analytical skills, with experience in using CRM tools, maintaining accurate records, tracking performance metrics, and interpreting basic data and reports.
- Basic understanding or solid interest in forensic services, legal processes, or related domains; prior experience in consulting, legal, insurance, or investigative services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Law, Criminology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Comfort with digital tools and online communication platforms; familiarity with MS Office or similar productivity software.
