Hays is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a temporary assignment based in Nambour. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a purpose-driven team in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Your new role

Working 30 hours per week across Monday to Thursday, you will provide essential support to the finance team and assist with a range of transactional accounting responsibilities, including:

- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- Invoice management and data entry
- Credit card reconciliations
- Reviewing financial transactions for accuracy
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- MYOB data entry and processing
- General finance and administrative support

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:




- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting support role
- Experience using MYOB
- Strong reconciliation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Availability to commence immediately
