? Assist with bank reconciliations and transaction verification.

? Support expense tracking and payment processing.

? Prepare basic financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries.

? Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities.

? Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment enquiries.

? Organize finance documentation and maintain digital records.

? Provide general administrative support to the Finance and Accounting team.

? QUALIFICATIONS✅ Degree, diploma,



or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.

✅ Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

✅ Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.

✅ Familiarity with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software is an advantage.

✅ Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

✅ Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Ability to work independently and manage priorities remotely.
