Accounts Receivable Officer – Join a thriving team supporting finance operations with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail!

Are you highly organised, analytical, and ready to support a fast-paced finance team? Shred-X is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Full-Time Fixed-Term 3 Months Accounts Receivable Officer to play a key role in managing client accounts and payment collections.

We’re seeking an experienced finance professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and can deliver precision in client account management.

What You’ll Do

- Upload customer invoices and statements onto client portals
- Update purchase orders on invoices
- Process credit notes to customer accounts, email credit notes to customers, update notes in system
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards




- Ad-hoc accounts receivable related requests when required

What You Bring

- 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance roles
- Strong working knowledge of accounting ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, Sage, NetSuite)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to manage high volume uploads into portals and repetitive tasks daily
- Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative, adaptable attitude and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
